Preserve
The conservancy area of Clearwater Preserve
is comprised of nearly sixty acres with frontage of about
400 feet on the west end of Sandusky Bay. It extends for nearly
1,600 feet to the northeast. This protected land will serve
as a spectacular and colorful source of interest with dozens
of forms of wildlife including birds, amphibians and mammals
indigenous to the area. It is common to see white tail deer,
fox, hawks and other water foul. Ohio has over 28 rare bird
